The Wonder of Going for a Run

We both bow down to running; the cheapest, simplest form of exercise.

2. It’ll make you happy with a a rush of endocannabinoids – intense feel good chemicals.

3. It’s give you a calmer, clearer head by eliminating cortisol (the stress hormone) from your system.
